My name is Shauna, and I'm a qualified counsellor based in Kent & South East England. I work with adults who are navigating some of life's most difficult moments - and I believe that with the right support, things really can feel different.
My path into counselling grew from a deep belief that every person deserves to be truly heard - without judgement, without agenda, and without being rushed. I've always been drawn to the quiet, meaningful work of sitting with someone in their difficulty and helping them find their own way through.
I trained as an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to what you need. Rather than following a single model, I bring together different ways of working - always guided by what feels most helpful for you.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety that won'tlet up, a low mood that's hard to shake, or simply a sense that something isn't right - I'm here to listen, to reflect, and to walk alongside you.
• Secure video sessions from the comfort of your own home, available to anyone in the UK.
• Sometimes talking without being seen feels easier. Telephone sessions are available wherever you are.
• Face-to-face sessions in South East England for those who prefer to meet in a dedicated space.
Every person who comes to me deserves to feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
I believe in being real with you - not just telling you what you want to hear.
Healing isn't linear. I'll never rush you or put a timeline on your progress.
